This is a system that I've developed over the years, and it's been proven to help me to earn over $100k+ online.

But for now, I want you to focus on my S3 money-making system that is gonna help you to build your first $10k/m online business.

In my last email - “Your First $100k Online Roadmap '' I shared with you how you make $10k/month selling products online.

And I will mention some examples of the price of products and how many customers you need to hit your goal.

So in today's email, we are going to deep dive into all types of products and types of product, businesses and how you are going to hit your $10k/month goal using these businesses that I'm going to share with you.

So let’s get started with further ado…

S3 Formula: Type of Products.

In my last email, I excitedly shared how I achieved the remarkable feat of earning over $90,000 from a single product. 

The product in question is a comprehensive online course that equips students with the knowledge and skills to generate a monthly income of $5,000 through blogging.

If you're unfamiliar with digital products and their potential, fear not! I'm here to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of this lucrative market.

Before you can embark on your journey of selling products online, it's essential to grasp the types of products that have proven to be successful money-makers. 

While there are countless options available, as a beginner, it's wise to focus on these three products to kickstart your online business:

Digital Products:

Digital products are intangible goods or services that exist in a digital format. They are accessed, delivered, and utilized through electronic devices. 

Examples include e-books, software, online courses, video games, and mobile apps. Digital products offer instant access, easy distribution, scalability, and enhanced functionality.

As I mentioned earlier, my personal experience is a testament to the profitability of selling digital courses. 

The beauty of digital products lies in the fact that you can generate significant revenue without the need for extensive production efforts, as is the case with physical products. 

Once created, you can enjoy ongoing sales with a profit margin of 100%. 

While selling digital products may not be purely passive income, it can be considered 80% passive, as you don't have to invest excessive time in production, shipping, or fulfillment.

Instead, your focus lies primarily on marketing your product effectively.

In the vast realm of digital products, numerous opportunities await to help you earn money online. 

Allow me to share some of my personal favorites, which have proven to yield substantial financial rewards

As a beginner, you need to focus on just these two digital products.

eBooks - When I started selling products online, the first digital product I ever sold was a $4.99 eBook, only using free content online and I made my first $69.

The only reason I focused on eBook first was because I didn't know how to create a video course at that time and I still hate creating videos because it takes so much time.

Meanwhile writing content like ebooks, blogs, and tweets is easy and less time-consuming.

In an upcoming email I will show you how you can make your first $1000 eBook profit, but for now, let’s jump on my next favorite product.

Courses - The first ever course I sell was a blogging course that I mentioned earlier, but the truth is that it was not a 100% video course it was an ebook-video course means 60% of the course is covered in written format (pdf) and the 40% course are videos.

And this course not only works for me and makes me $90k in total but also works for those who enroll in this course. I get daily emails from my students saying they achieved their first $1k,$5k, or even $10k using my course.

Now let’s jump on my next product types from the S3 formula.

Physical Products.

Okay, I know you know what physical products are. 

And I hate selling physical products because I started my com journey at first when I was a beginner and I failed 4 times with no results.

But for the next maybe 5 months I’m using AI and you don’t believe that I made around $4,015 selling AI images using Print On Demand.

As you can see these are a few designs that make the most amount of sales every month and these are all created with the help of AI for free.

I’m not an eCom or AI expert but after generating these results I can say that I can teach you what I did so you can do the same too.

There are countless physical products available in the world but I want you to focus on physical products that you can easily create using AI.

Starting an AI print-on-demand business is a great idea and you can easily scale it to $100k a year or even more.

Now let's discuss my last product type that can build you a 6-figure business online.

Online Service-Based Business.

An online service-based business offers different kinds of help to clients using the Internet.

Some examples are writing emails, organizing tasks, editing videos, and managing social media. Clients pay a monthly fee, usually between $1000 and $5000, for these services.

In this business, clients hire experts who are good at specific things to do their work remotely.

For instance, a writer helps with making emails that convince people to buy things. A virtual assistant helps with administrative tasks. A video editor makes and changes videos for advertising. A social media expert manages social media accounts and talks to people online.

Clients pay every month to keep getting these services.

The price depends on things like how skilled the person is, how hard the work is, how much work there is, and how helpful it is to the client's business.

By getting help from these experts, clients can focus on their main work while still getting things done online. T

his kind of business is convenient because it can be done from anywhere with an internet connection.

The reason I am sharing this business model with you is that, in February 2023, I closed my first client for an email marketing service.

Being an expert in email marketing and having generated over $100k+ through this medium, I chose to offer this service to my client.

His name is Adam, a course creator whose annual income exceeded $1 million last year. He pays me $7,500 per month for writing an email every single day.

From February to March 2023, I wrote one email to him every day. However, starting April 7th, I automated the process, eliminating the need for manual email writing.

You might be thinking that closing high-paying clients for your services requires expert-level skills, but you're mistaken.

Even with zero skills, you can still make money from this business model by offering any service to your clients.

By outsourcing the service to freelancers, which is exactly what I did, on April 7th, I hired a freelancer for $3000 per month to write emails on behalf of my client.

He writes one email daily, sends it to me, and then spends 10-15 minutes reading and modifying the content before sending it to Adam.

Even after deducting the freelancer's fee, I still receive $4,500 each month. You can say that I am earning a passive income using this business model.

So, this is a type of product that can help you earn $10k/month as a beginner.

Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, I understand, Alex. I want to build an income online by selling these products. But where do I start?" This leads us to the next step.

S3 Formula - Choose Your Monetization Model.

Right now, you have three options in front of you, and you need to choose one and stick with it for the next 6 months.

Influence Business.

Firstly, let's clarify that the Influence Business does not necessarily mean having millions of followers like MrBeast.

It refers to a system I developed, where having a number of fans or subscribers, regardless of whether they are in the hundreds or millions, can be valuable.

Imagine having 1,000 email subscribers. This means you have an influence over 1,000 people.

Whenever you launch a product or recommend affiliate products, your subscribers, who love and engage with your content, are likely to make purchases.

Remember the example of the $100 product. Suppose you write an email every week or every day about "How to Build Six Packs in 1 Month." By providing free tips and exercises for more than a month, your subscribers will appreciate your content.

Now, when you decide to promote a course you created, charging $100, with a conversion rate of 10%, 100 subscribers will buy the course because they have seen results from your free content and trust you.

This results in $10,000 in sales by simply writing one email in a month.

Now, imagine working on this Influence Business model for 2 years and growing your subscriber base to 50,000.

If you promote products priced at $50 to $100 to your 50,000 subscribers, you can easily make millions of dollars online.

Email marketing is one example of Influence Marketing, but you can also use platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media to build a following and sell your products.

I personally converted my social media followers into email subscribers because email marketing helps build stronger relationships, and it provides the highest return on investment (ROI) compared to other marketing channels (an average return of $38-$40 for every $1 spent).

To succeed in the Influence Business model, focus on providing 95% free value through your content. Save the remaining 5% for paid offerings. Loyal fans are always willing to pay for that 5%.

AI eCom.

In today's world, AI is widely used to simplify tasks, and there are individuals who earn money from it. One of the best ways I have discovered is by starting an AI Print On Demand Business.

You can easily build a business around it. Some sellers make six-figure profits by selling AI-generated works.

Take a look at this single product on Etsy, for instance, which has already generated substantial revenue.

Imagine using AI tools like AI art generators and Chat GPT to create listings that are 100 times better.

I assure you that with the help of freely available AI tools, you can easily achieve this.

You might be wondering what you can sell with the help of AI and how much you can earn from it.

Don't worry; I will cover various businesses that you can easily start with AI in an upcoming article.

These businesses can help you earn $10k or more per month.

For now, let's focus on the next monetization model.

Sell with or without Skill.

As I mentioned earlier in this email, in the section on service-based products, you can see how I obtained a client who pays me $7,500 per month for writing emails because of my expertise in email marketing.

But what if you don't have any skills? Can you still get high-paying clients? The answer is yes.

In April, I hired a freelancer to write emails for $3000, allowing me to earn $4,500 per month without writing a word for my client.

In this business model, whether you have the required skill or not doesn't matter. You can easily outsource your client work to freelancers who charge less compared to what you charge your clients.

For example, if I charge my client $2,500 to handle their social media accounts, once my client pays me $2,500, I pay a freelancer $1000 to manage the social media accounts.

This way, I don't need to invest my time in completing the service. All I have to do is relax and earn $1,500 per month as pure passive income.

To achieve $10k/month in this business model, you either need two high-paying clients who pay you $5k/month each or four clients paying you $2,500 per month each.

This simplicity is what I appreciate about this monetization model. You don't need a large social media following or hundreds of thousands of sales to reach your $10k/month goal.

Now is the time for you to choose one monetization model and work diligently on it for the next 6-9 months. The results will truly amaze you.

Have you ever wondered what to do after choosing a monetization method for the next six months? Well, that's where the next step comes in: setting up a Super System.

S3 Formula: Building the Super System

During this phase, your goal is to break down the days and months into a Follow-Up System.

Essentially, you have six months to see results from your efforts. Let's go through the steps to create your six-month Super System.

1. Set the Hit-Up Goal

Setting a Hit-Up Goal means deciding the amount you want to reach by the end of your first six-month journey.

The trick here is to set a goal that allows for some flexibility, so even if you don't achieve it, you still win.

Let's say you set a goal of having $5,000 in your bank account by the end of six months, which amounts to roughly $833.33 per month.

Now, you might think that $833.33 per month doesn't sound like much. Don't worry, it's normal to start small. We're focusing on growing your online business rather than just making money.

Now, let's take our initial goal of $5,000 and multiply it by 5x or 10x. That means aiming for $25,000 or $50,000 by the end of the first six months.

I know it sounds ambitious, but stick with me, and you'll understand why.

Imagine aiming for $25,000 within six months. If you're selling products priced between $50 and $100, you'll need to sell 250 to 500 units to reach that target.

Let's do some math.

Product Price: $100

Total Sales Needed: 250 sales

Monthly Sales: 250 sales / 6 months = 41 sales per month

So, even if you manage to make just one sale per day, that would add up to 180 sales in six months, totaling $18,000 in revenue.

Even if we fall short of our $25,000 goal and make $18,000 instead, we've still achieved success.

Our primary goal was to hit $5,000, and we surpassed it with $18,000. Congratulations!

This technique of setting ambitious goals pushes us to work harder and ultimately helps us reach our main objective more easily.

Now that we've covered the first step, let's move on to the next one.

2. Learn the System and Run the System

The second step is all about diving into learning about the business model you've chosen for the next six months.

Spend at least an hour every day enhancing your knowledge and skills related to your chosen approach.

For example, if you want to gain 1,000 followers on Instagram, read articles and watch videos on strategies to achieve that.

And remember, it's crucial to put what you learn into practice to accelerate your growth.

3. Stay Committed to Your Plan

Don't give up before the six months are up. Many people quit even before they begin.

To succeed, you need to put in consistent effort and dedication to reach your desired level.

I recommend dedicating a minimum of two to four hours daily to your online business.

If you're not willing to invest more than two hours a day, it'll be challenging to achieve your goals.

Once you've chosen your business model and set your six-month goal, you're ready to learn money-making strategies.

Today, we've laid the foundation for our $100,000 goal. From here, you'll learn "How To Make Money."
